We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. "Good location for Metro and trams etc. Room 609 was far too hot on a night so had to sleep with windows open (23-27th Dec) and we were on a busy main rd side so sleep wasnt great. Hotel itself is good, food great, staff great, facilities great. Upstairs restaurant and bar is expensive but downstairsis good. Would stay here again. Bianca was extremely helpful and very friendly. "
