"Good service, helped us check in and guided on what to so. Platform bed was in bad condition with rails falling. Overall, just a night stay is ok. It had common kitchen, so not what I wanted. Bathroom was in the room, but smelly. Room was OK. Not worth what I paid, but none other was available either at that time for cheaper price. "

"Good location for Metro and trams etc. Room 609 was far too hot on a night so had to sleep with windows open (23-27th Dec) and we were on a busy main rd side so sleep wasnt great. Hotel itself is good, food great, staff great, facilities great. Upstairs restaurant and bar is expensive but downstairsis good. Would stay here again. Bianca was extremely helpful and very friendly. "

"This was going to be a much higher rated review due to the value this room had and its location to the metro, however, on our last night, someone entered our room during the day while we were gone (with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle), turned off the A/C and took the remote for the A/C. A complete breach of trust and that left us with a hot night in Budapest. Too noisy on the main street to even leave the window open. Take a hard pass on this accommodation as there are plenty of...

"The receptionist was amazing. Very nice person and accommodating. We had booked apartment late around 7pm and we called right after booking and they were ready for us. We had a nice big 3 beds room apartment. Modern furnished, big terrace, apartment was clean. A/C in living room. Shutters on windows for better sleep. It was an excellent stay. "

Budapest 2025

"Amazing hotel. Easy check in. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Access to the pool, sauna and spa (pool is FOC, spa services have additional costs). Staff were friendly and spoke English. Rooms were clean, spacious and we felt safe there. Hotel was a fab location and walking distance to everything. Bus route was about 10mins walk away. We got the 100E bus from the airport to the hotel and same on return. Hotel is a hidden gem in Budapest. We didn't eat in the hotel as we wanted to venture out but the resturant looked lovely and the food smelt amazing. Hotel is around the corner from the Karavan street food. A Tesco and Spar is a 5 min walk from the hotel. We walked everywhere. Buda castle and Szechenyi spa both took us about 40 mins and these were the furthest things away that we did. Can't recommend this hotel enough 10/10 "
