"We loved this hotel. Firm beds, clean rooms, great staff. Walking to subway and Insadog for shopping. Close to Palaces. The rooms are small so if you have a lot of luggage you may want to upgrade to a bigger room. Amenities were fabulous. All in all, I would stay here again. Only the tiniest critique, the bathroom lighting could be brighter for older women wanting to put on makeup."

"Great new hotel but there are areas of improvement. The location is not bad ~15min walk to myeongdong street. The hotel is super new but has issues (i.e. shower leaks to toilet, balcony is super dirty). We booked the suite, for some reason the 2nd bedroom had no door and there were no kitchen pots, pans, silverware etc. "

"Self check in very quick but slow if it’s your first time. The beds were excellent but the person on the inside bed had to crawl to the bottom of the bed as there was no room between the bed and the wall. The gym has everything and on the 18th floor there is a huge room with tables and sofas for business and pleasure. Snacks and coffee were available. "

"First time going to South Korea and I feel like this place really helped us get an introduction to Seoul. From this hotel we had various access to all entrances of the subways and buses which was only a few minutes walk. It was easy to find and get to plus it if you got hungry you could always hit up the CU convenience store in front or the numerous street vendors that set up in the afternoon.
