"- location: very convenient in the old city quarter, within walking distance to many attractions. 5 minute walk to airport bus and 10 mins walk to underground station (and i am 60 yrs old!) - staff: extremely polite and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk (sorry i forgot her name) -cleanliness: the rooms are clean and bed are very comfortable (we like firm mattresses). Certain areas in the bathroom would have been much better if the old grout lines were re-grouted instead of white...
