"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

"The services and amenities here were superior. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay there went smoothly and that all our needs from transportation to fresh linens were easily accessible. The only drawback was that their washing/drying machine would intermittent dry the clothes. But other than that, this was an excellent experience and we would like to stay again!"
