"I would say my stay was very good. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. We had a flight cancellation which made us miss our first night and the hotel offered to refund it without me having to ask. The area around the hotel is decent. If you enjoy walking it is a good choice. It was my first time in Seoul (from Canada) so the learning curve was pretty steep but after being in Korea for two weeks I can confidently say that this is a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is also decent."

"Amazing customer service and kind staff. Rooms were large and very comfortable. They offered an iPad to choose additional luxuries like a pillow menu, mattress toppers, robes or additional water. Service was top notch. The buffet was beyond impressive. My guest had a gluten allergy and the restaurant manager went out of her way to bring over the chef and walk her around the entire area to show her the safe options for her to have as well offering to make her custom dishes. They were just amazing. We loved our stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu. It was a great location so we were able to hit the shops and food areas in Myongdong. There was lots to see within walking distance. Convenience stores were nearby as well which were great for food/snacks. We stayed on the Line Friends floors which was so cute! The room was very comfortable. Only issue would be not enough accessible power outlets to charge our phones etc. There were power outlets but they were mostly occupied with other things."
