Property is old needless to say, but acceptable. Service of the check-in reception staff and the hotel Lotte World side entrance staff were really poor, inflexible, poor English, not customer centric at all. Terrible experience!

Super easy access to the department store/mart/lotte world adventures/subway station/lotte world mall. The parking can be very challenging, but they have a separate space for the hotel guests. Was very pleased with my stay, highly recommend this hotel!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I had no issues, but the second time I had property go missing from my room. The front desk person was oddly rude about it, although another staff member did phone me later to assure me they had searched the laundry rooms. I have never had anything go missing from a hotel room before and I would not have expected this from a five star hotel.
