The only comment I would give is that the room acoustic is not up to standard as we can hear traffic from the windows even the windows are closed. "We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. "The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "
