"Been staying at this hotel for 20 years, ( when it was Days Inn) previously. Holiday Day Inn is even better than before. Very well kept, clean and comfortable. Will continue to stay with my family whenever we visit Hershey."

One thing that got to me.

"Great stay. Excellent hotel. One thing that got to me was during our checkout. The person at the desk was using her laptop and completely ignored me when I told her that I was checking out. I had to wait a minute or two before she acknowledged me. Not a friendly person. "
