"The Carriage Stop Bed & Breakfast is a wonderful place to stay if you are in the Hershey area! We absolutely loved being welcomed by Chloe the cat-she takes her job very seriously. Breakfast was excellent and the decor is charming. We will definitely return in the summer to make use of the pool!"

"While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step...

"Unfortunately the hotel had a sprinkler pipe burst and had to relocate us at another hotel. The second hotel we went to was not good enough for us to stay in so we left. I called Hampton about refunding our stay and Nate at the Front desk was amazing and so great to work with! "

"The hotel was clean. Service was friendly. Some minor inconveniences, The heating unit was extremely loud. The door to the bathroom did not close unless you really pulled/pushed (slammed) it closed. The door to the exterior gets caught on the carpeting. No lights were plugged in, and the sheets don't fit the mattress properly. But the bed was comfortable. The room was comfortable and roomie. "
