"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all questions we had and even helped us transfer our luggage to our next location. Room was clean and cozy. Hotel is very close to Subway stations and plenty of food and bars. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo. "

"We really liked our stay at Mitsui Garden. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and room was spacious by Japanese standards. Enjoyed the onsen which also comes with massage chairs (my husband said no massage chairs in the men's onsen) and overall quiet and peaceful vibe. I'm not highly familiar with the neighborhood but seemed convenient enough. A short walk to Kanda led us to a street teeming with small eateries. We were on our way to a different restaurant, but the area looked interesting...

"Short ride on underground to several tourist locations. Not too far from Tokyo main station. Breakfast is simple but good, with some vegetarian options in the buffet. Nothing fancy but perfect to visit Tokyo all around using public transport. "

"The location is good (Near Akihabara 15 minutes) and there' is one JR station (Toei Shinjuku, Asakusa) nearby. You can take the train to Tokyo station in 10 minutes. Staffs are willing to help and answer your questions. They did offer complimentary breakfast that's a good and plus in Tokyo. The room size is ok, like US Comfort inn (200 SQ )."

"The single room is going to feel small to Americans, but it was perfect with its amenities and space for me as a solo traveler. There was room underneath the bed to slide my baggage to keep it out of the way after I unpacked. The curtains worked really well to block out light for sleeping. Bed was firm, but I'm a back sleeper so that was fine by me. I appreciated having the option to see the status of the Laundromat machines from the room's TV main menu. There's no machine for getting change to use the laundry and it runs on only some QR code payments or multiple 100yen coins, so you may have to try and get some spare change after buying something from the vending machine nearby. I arrived hours about 6 hours before check in and they were able to store my luggage, and also the same after check out where I went out to tour for the day before I came back to get my bags and head to the airport. There are 3 metro/train stations within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel. I also appreciated the walking distance to the Tokyo Dome since I was going there several days for events. I did not opt for the breakfast buffet plan, since I'd usually pick up something light to eat from the convenience stores. I did try out the weekday lunch special at the Hirakawa restaurant ar the hotel and that was also a really nice meal and service experience. Overall, I had a very comfortable, quiet, stay and felt safe here. Definitely want to stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!"

"We are a family of 4 with two younger kids and we had 4 twin beds and room is spacious enough compare to other hotels we’ve been too. The staff are so kind and helpful. Complimentary drinks and snacks are awesome! All the amenities you needed for toiletries is available in the lobby. I loved the bodywash, shampoo and conditioner they provide to their guest. I will definitely go back to this hotel. 7/11 is just few steps from the hotel. The Tokyo Yeasu station is very close. Accross the street is the Limousine Bus Terminal. What else could you ask for? Thank you Karaksa!"
