"We had a wonderful time at No. 5 from beginning to end. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and modern whilst being right in nature. We were very well looked after by the staff especially Frankie who went above and beyond every day even helping us organise trips and buy tickets and driving us to the entrance of the national park. He was even on hand over Alipay chat to answer questions we had whilst on day trips. Frankie’s dog was also very sweet and warmly greeted us whenever she saw us :)...

"The services I got from this hotel has to be the best in all of the hotels I have stayed ever. From the questions I had even before arriving in Zhangjiajie, they were responded to in a timely manner and I felt the genuine urge to help. "The room my friend and I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Jerry was also very accomodating and helped my friend and I arrange various excursions around Zhangjiajie. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who wishes for friendly service and a stress free trip. "

"Great value hotel in good location for exploring parks, located just next to cable car. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast buffet okay, but fairly limited choices, and quite busy with larger groups of tourists when we visited. Very helpful member of staff on reception who spoke English and arranged taxis for us to get to various sights. "

"We stayed here for four nights and the experience was amazing! It’s tucked away on a quiet little side street but it is in an area that is walkable for experiencing local authentic cuisine. There is a park and fitness center directly across from the hotel and it is easy to get local didis or taxis to take you around town. The metro is also close by and easily walkable. The room was very clean and spacious as well. All of the desk staff and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. "
