"Location of the hostel is very good. Walkable to the Zhangjiajie National Park entrance. Overall room wasn’t that clean. The washroom had that typical smell and I saw a few stains on the bed sheets. There are only stairs but highest floor is only 5 or 6 I think. Overall it’s just a cheap acceptably clean place to stay near Zhangjiajie National Park."

"I had a lovely day at this hotel. Rooms are only a tiny bit dated but it was very clean and a very comfortable stay. Staff are absolutely impeccable and the cafe/ restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. The area is very safe with some lovely parks nearby although there didn't seem to be much shopping in the immediate vicinity. Dining options were a little bit limited unless you dined at the hotel. The city itself is a hidden gem unknown to many Westerners. Zhaoming Tai blew my brains out...

"This is a great location for visiting Yichang the hotel is beautiful on the inside and offers great views of the river and mountains. There are many restaurants in the area. They don't stay open late but there are delicious food vendors around the corner. The staff at the hotel are welcoming and very helpful. If you're staying in Yichang, the Crowne Plaza is where you must stay."

"The staff was friendly and polite; however, the room was not the cleanest nor the most comfortable. The carpet was pretty stained up and the bathroom only had 1/4 a roll of toliet paper. The toliet paper, I might add, was not refilled so we were on our own for that. The restaurants and breakfast were pretty bad as well. The hotel is no more than a 2.5-3 star "
