When we checked in i was over the moon to hear that we had been upgraded to a suite.It was beautiful, wonderful view from our window. Breakfast was lovely. Staff so friendly. " A modern hotels no frills, clean comfortable and easy. Only wrinkle was they ask for a card number and expiry for other charges. I don’t carry plastic cards any more. I could get it from an app but the woman in front of me had to get a flat mate to find hers and then get sent a photo. "
