Customer service is definitely a grab bag here. Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful while others are bothered by your very presence. I was a little annoyed that parking wasn't complimentary, considering the price of the room and the price of their continental breakfast buffet felt a bit high as well. That being said, the room was pretty standard, starched to death sheets, pillows that won't keep their fluff and paper thin walls. Water pressure in the shower was too low also. I did like how they had their curtains set up in a way that doesn't allow light in, you can stream Netflix, YouTube, etc. (and they reset upon the next person's check in), the room was 10/10 clean and the mattress was comfortable.

My room was immaculate, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The plush bedding ensured I had restful nights, while the stunning views from my window were a delightful bonus. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding dining experience. The hotel’s restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic way to start the day, with fresh and flavorful selections that were hard to resist. Location-wise, the Renaissance Meadowland Hotel is perfectly situated, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. I would rather sleep in a car than ever stay here again. The nicest thing about this property is the reception area bar. Thats it. The hallways are old and musty. The rooms were absolutely filthy, the floors were sticky, there was mold along the sink, etc. I didn't expect a 5-star spa luxury experience, but I was so grossed out I checked out early and didn't care about getting a refund.
