Was nice and clean. Quiet. Staff very nice Only down sides was 2 tiny drawers for 4 people. And no privacy for the shower. It's open to the room so if you are traveling with anyone other than spouse...well...

Stayed over the weekend during the Holiday rush and it was the perfect location. There is a bus down the street that takes you directly to Port Authority. Lots of dining options around and Walmart down the street to stock up on snacks and drinks. Breakfast was available each morning which is not included but great to access. Gym has all the essentials and pool was fun for the kids. The staff was amazing and accommodating. My son has an allergy to cat & dogs so they made sure our room was throughly cleaned well in advance to ensure we had no issues during our stay. Rooms were clean and house keeping restocked our needs every other night which was sufficient for our stay. Maria, Jasmine, Mario, Glorimar, Asher, Vanessa & Emilyade sure our stay was comfortable. Will definitely be coming back when we do NYC again!
