"I chose Eco Suites because of the good ratings but our experience really wasn't great. One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. Originally we were just provided small hand-towels and the other staff was reluctant...

"Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends. "

"We had the best stay here. It’s a little off the beaten path, which was perfect for our getaway vacation. The owners made us feel welcome from the very beginning and quickly made us comfortable and feel like family. There are great amenities for little dogs like swimming pool floaties, free shampoo, and treats. The pool is very well kept and great for floating around with the pups. "We had gotten the Mountain View. As we did see the view of the mountain from a far, the other buildings and empty lots were not appealing. The room was a bit outdated. The hotel’s lobby and etc was very nice. "

"In Jeju city very close to airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were not very friendly (no smile or even acknowledgement from reception staff), and also could not speak English. Breakfast buffet provided but nearly all Korean with little vegetarian options apart from the bread."
