Our room was unique with a hot tub in the middle but it overlooked the waters of Jeju so it was very nice. The AC worked very well as well. "

"I stayed in a traditional ondol room. The (bell hop?) Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table. The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice deep tub,shower had good water pressure. My view was great, the ocean was so close,it was stunning.
