"Best hotel in that area. Fantastic sea view and big family suite. Huge toilet with plush slippers. Convenience store and bakery cafe within hotel premise. Car park is unfortunately not big enough to accommodate all guests’ cars especially in the night "

"Hotel was excellent! But we want to leave a few words about an amazing Chinese restaurant in the hotel. We had an amazing dining experience at this Chinese restaurant China House at the Grand Hyatt Jeju, so much so that we went two nights in a row! On our first visit, we enjoyed the hot pot, and on the second night, we had the Beijing duck—both were exceptional. The food was the closest to authentic Chinese cuisine we’ve had in Korea. "The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience"

"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "
