"Everything was great, my only minor complaint is that our room was pretty far from the main lobby so it was a haul. However, we were really close to a side exit door and had easy access to the pool area which made it worth it. My kids loved the pool and kids play area. During our trip in mid-April, it was still a bit chilly outside but the pools are temperature controlled so it was great. We took dips during the day and in the evening, when they had live music. Breakfast was beyond amazing. So many choices and a separate area with sweet treats for the kids. Hotel is also close to some big tourist spots - just about 10 minutes from the Hello Kitty museum, which was a big hit for our girls. I have been to Jeju multiple times since childhood but this was my first time staying at Lotte and I loved it. I would definitely consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend if you have children."

"Very nice hotel room - liked that they had a seating area with a coffee table. Facilities looked modern and clean. We only stayed one night because it was close to the airport, but would definitely consider a longer stay next time. Free parking but the parking lot had limited space. "

"Staff members (young men) hanging around the lobby near the info desk and they are useless and not helpful @ all. They could help open the doors and helpful to bringing in the luggages. "
