Resorts in Jeju

"I loved this property but there were some issues. Initially we were told that the AC was not available until summer. However due to in-floor heating the room was hot. After phoning guest services we were told how to turn off the boiler and then told to open window. The next we complained it was still too warm and asked for fan which they said would be delivered. Once returning for the evening there was no fan. I went to front desk and told them that if there is no AC the least they can do is provide fans. Shortly after this complaint we were given the remote for the AC. INTERESTING!! The other shortcoming was the wifi was basically useless. We could hardly check in for our next flight and had to bring this up with the guest services. This problem could not be remedied. Otherwise this location and hotel was great. The carpets were stained and dirty in hallways. It does need some attention. The parking was included and secure in garage. I would stay here again. "

"If I could give 100 stars i would!!!! The best hotel for the price I had stayed in my life. It has it all, the room makes you feel you are presidential. Great shopping and food options. Very safe quiet and comfortable. If a return to Jeju I will not look for any other place than this"

"I chose this hotel because of it's Hello Kitty rooms. The entire 4th floor was decorated with Sanrio themes and the room we stayed in was amazing! There are 3 different HK theme rooms. We were assigned the 'Ladies room'. Service was impeccable and all the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming! We would definitely come again. Thank you!"

"Standard Family Twin City View - simple stay for 2 nights. Location - in Jeju city, a short walk (50m) from bus 202 stop. Useful for people travelling from Seogwipo or the west coast. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket (round the corner) within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Less than 10 mins taxi drive away from Jeju International Airport. Room - was quiet on the 5th floor. Not my expectation of a city view from my room as I was looking at the back of other buildings. Shower water pressure was strong. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. Bonus - A laundry room (complementary) for hotel guests to use with 5 washers and 3 dryers. The free homemade sandwich provided in the morning was much appreciated during the stay. "
