"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "While a bit older and not the most desirable option for some, it was a comfortable place to stay for the price! The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well and it was quiet throughout the night! Would stay again for a quick trip to Jeju."
