"The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. Our room was unique with a hot tub in the middle but it overlooked the waters of Jeju so it was very nice. The AC worked very well as well. "

Did not explain how to operate the ondol heating or that the room key must be inserted in a slot for the lights to work and be operated from a control panel on the side table. The room was clean and the bathroom had a nice deep tub,shower had good water pressure. My view was great, the ocean was so close,it was stunning.
