Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly. Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world. "I think the service at this property was excellent. The bartender, the waiter in the restaurant, the food, the drinks. Everything was great!! And the hotel was clean, the room was clean as well. There is nothing I can say we dis not like about this place. Okay, maybe one thing. I wish they had more food selections on the menu in the restaurant. And the the breakfast in the morning, that was very rich and contained a variety of things to choose from. All in all, I would definitely recommend Canopy Hilton in São Paulo. "

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
