In this recent stay we found that while the staff continues to be great and very helpful, there were things broken in the two rooms we had (window handles, soap dishes, furniture, etc). While at one point in time this was a boutique hotel, it is now past its prime and in need of a major upgrade. One person in our party now uses a wheelchair to get around and the rooms are not wheelchair friendly in that there is a step...
