"Liked the spacious and clean rooms and all amenities provided. Front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating, especially with luggage transfers. I wish they provided room service when I caught a cold and couldn’t join the rest of my family on their excursion. Unfortunately, for the prepaid buffet, my family was not allowed to bring food back up to the room for me (it would have been nice if that was possible). Was disappointed that my husband was sent back up to change his shoes because he wore the room slippers one morning. The staff in the breakfast buffet should be more consistent with this rule as other guest were seen wearing their slippers as well (only makes sense if you’re on a vacation but we understand rules are rules) - we stayed for 7 nights."

"The hotel is in a great area for shopping and sightseeing. There is a bus stop for the airport bus right outside the front doors. The staff are friendly and helpful, there are several dining options in the building and the rooms are clean and affordable! I would highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo!"

"Staying at Onyado Nono Hotel was the best decision we made for our trip! The ambiance and service were incredible. The unlimited ramen at night and the delicious breakfast buffet added so much comfort and enjoyment to our stay. The onsen was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Kyoto. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it!"
