Perfect Hotel for Families Visiting Lotte World! We stayed on the 22nd floor, in an even-numbered room, and the view of Seokchon Lake was exactly like the photos—absolutely beautiful. One of the highlights of our stay was the super kind staff member with short orange hair, who made check-in warm and welcoming from the start. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Lotte World and the Aladdin musical. It’s also connected to a department store and shopping mall, which made everything from dining to shopping super convenient. Our kids were thrilled to find Pokémon Ga-Olé machines, and being able to rest in the room and re-enter Lotte World made the whole experience even better for families with children. Having a meal while looking out over Seokchon Lake was such a memorable moment. A special thanks to General Manager Dongjoo Lee, who sent us a thoughtful follow-up message after our stay. "Amazing hotel at the best location in Seoul. Walkable to different palaces, night shopping areas, right next to the Lotte department store. Rooms are nice, clean, and the technology is impressive. They even have 110V plugs (despite the country being 220V). I would stay here again in my next visit."
