I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Seoul. From the suburb customer service, to delicious food, a metro stop right outside, and easy access to a high end food court, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel in Seoul. The twin double is very comfortable with a large soaking tub, bathrobes, and a Totte bidet. I will definitely come back in the future.

Korean staff specially reception staff are very nice and try to help real good. I think its best location and best place for traveling to Seoul Korea for foreigners. I’ll like tell you all of the staff to thank you for very helpful service and specially reception girls. Hopefully , I’ll like see you soon!

Highly recommended for families with children because the hotel is near Lotte Supermarket, a food court and Myeong-dong. The rooms and swimming pool are clean.
