I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel! Shopping and dining galore!!

Best hotel in Seoul! The staff, room, cleanliness, customer service was next level!! It made our experience in Seoul perfect and special for my father and I. The beds were super confortable too, slept like a baby! If and when I come back I will stay at the Lotte Hotel Seoul! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable hotel with well appointed rooms. Staff was lovely - very helpful, polite & responsive. Location was fantastic with indoor access to the Lotte Mall and Food Avenue. Restaurant in the hotel was quite pricey for the quality, but there are plenty of options nearby. Easy walking distance to Myeongdong night market.

This hotel is very run-down. The rooms have worn-out furniture and a strong, unpleasant musty smell. Some rooms are in very bad shape—we had to switch rooms three times before settling in one that was just okay. We paid over $500 a night, which made the frustration even greater. For that price, we could have stayed at much better hotels. The staff was very attentive and did their best to help, but the hotel’s condition is poor. They offered to move us to the new tower for an additional $200 per night, but the view was terrible, with a wall right in front of us. On our next trip to Seoul, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Light out in bedroom Pinging noise all day long from HVAC unit Hairdryer was weak and had only low power There was a light out in the bathroom The bathroom make up mirror is loose Electrical receptacles are old and connections are loose for the adapters to stay in

Hair dryer was non functioning. I asked for a new one and more tea and they didn’t care. I had to walk down to the front desk at 10pm to ask for a new hair dryer myself. The hotel is too big and they are too busy accommodating events and guests. With the same money, go to other hotels nearby. They don’t really care about you as a guest
