"Amazing location by Lotte Mall, Dept Store, and World. Has a nice area to walk at Seokchon Lake and lots of shopping/eateries in the area by Jamsil Station. The room itself was incredibly beautiful, clean, and the staff/concierge was amazing. 10/10"

"The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!"
