"I stayed in this hotel in February, the weather was not so cold, but it was definitely much colder in the room inside! My bed was right next to the window and in the morning I always woke up frozen. Only after everybody started to complain, the hotell switched the heating on, the very next day it was turned. So stay was pretty cold and unfriendly."

"Due to a flight delay, there was a chance of missing check in by 1.30am. After informing the hotel, they were very accommodating to wait for us and we were able to check in just before 2am without issue. There is also a linkway bridge from the hotel to Seoul station so location is great."

"Space is great! It was really hard to find. When searching on maps (both Android & Apple) it leads to the actual FourSeason Luxury hotel which was very inconvenient. Our taxi even lead us there, which was a waste of energy and time. Overall, we needed a room to sleep as we were very tired, and we liked the space and the bed was comfortable. Great staff."

"I like the location, the staff, the cleanest of the hotel but i cant stand the wet bathroom. This is the first time i stay in the wet bathroom facility. It is very uncomfortable when you take a shower then need to clean the toilets so you can use it. Also the toilets top is unstable. It is keep swinging so we cant pup comfortable. If i know this facility has a wet bathroom i would not book it. "
