"I flew in from New Jersey to Dallas, then drove straight to Tyler for the weekend. I arrived 4 hrs early, absolutely exhausted (4 hrs sleep in two days). The host was so sweet. She had mercy on my tired soul and told me the room was ready and that I could check in, so 3 could go get some sleep. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and that's all I could ask for. I plan to make an annual trip to Tyler (to see relatives) and I will definitely choose LaQuinta each time. "

"My kids and i booked the hotel because it had a pool and hot tub specifically. We get there the hot tub has been bricked over... NOT as discribed in the pictures of the property. The staff were also VERY rude to myself and my kids irritated that my son got water on the lobby floor in going to the restroom from the pool. #1 dont have an indoor pool if your mad about water #2 maybe dont have tile floors all the way thru the 1st floor if thats an issue #3 dont gripe af me because you didnt design the pool room with a restroom in it. Both employees were so rude i will never stay again. And btw i worked in ihg hotels for 6 years and never teated my guests ths way i was treated "
