When i arrived after full day of travel they said they did not have a room for me. I was shocked! I said I went through Expedia paid and reserved my one week stay they said they don’t guarantee rooms through 3rd party vendors!! I was livid and shocked. They said they would have to charge me again and I said you are kidding me. The front desk person said she will talk to the manager. Very sketchy there. I didn’t feel safe.

Great, clean and quiet room. Traveling for business and the front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my reservation requests. I really appreciate it! Breakfast was good as well!
