"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great."

"The resort was nice but not enough dining options. They dont accept credit cards in any of the restaurants or shops. It was cold when we eent we tried to go into the outdoor jacuzzi but the water temperature in it was just luke warm and noone was around to adjust it, additionally there was very little entertainment..and any music was over by 7:00...too early."

"Room was very clean, which we so much appreciated!! Hot breakfast covered all the bases from fruit,eggs,made to order waffles,French toast,bagels muffins, juices coffee and oatmeal,biscuits and gravy. the location was close by the Mayo clinic. The only thing I did not like was the 13.00 per day parking fee. The parking was on site, so I feel the charge was just a money grab!! But overall I was pleased with my stay, exceeded my expectations!!"

"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "
