However, the hotel offers an excellent golf cart service that operates 24/7, transporting guests to the Ajyad and Azizia cross streets, from where it’s a 5-minute walk to the Haram. "Elaf is very close to Haram just 3-4 mins walk to baab Abdul Azeez (door no 1 Abdul azeez door) The hotel is a nice and clean hotel and was amazing for the price and location Food as usual good , and courtesies staff"

"During my stay at Swissôtel Makkah from March 1 to March 4, I had an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s prime location near the Haram made it incredibly convenient for me to access the holy mosque. The check-in process was smooth, with the staff welcoming and attentive. The dining options at Swissôtel Makkah were excellent. I enjoyed the iftar buffet, which offered a wide variety of dishes, from fresh pastries to local specialties. The service was prompt, and the staff were always ready to assist."
