"The private onsen was amazing, refreshing, and relaxing. The 12 course breakfast and dinner was delicious. We stayed 2 nights and had the shabu shabu hot and crab dinner the next. The staff was superb. All our needs were met and exceeded customer service. The whole place was clean and quiet. Perfect for celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. "Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "
