"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Great views of the lake and Fuji. The lift to the top of Mt. Hakone was an easy walk, and the hotel offers frequent buses to the town and Odawara station. The room was cool and well kept, and we enjoyed the restaurant and unique architecture."

"Excellent location, right at Yamashita park and Chinatown, and within walking distance to the Red Brick Warehouse. Room is comfortable and spacious, and amenities were great. Staff were warm and courteous."
