"I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. "

"There was poop from an animal on walkway to room and air conditioner was very noisy. No buffet breakfast. Elevator was not working. The room was clean but outside the room was dirty. "

"Enjoyable place to be - perfect location in Uptown Dallas to walk places. It's an apartment, not a hotel. Has a kitchen, comfortable living room. One item - no elevator, so you will be carrying up your suitcase both up to the main floor + the bedroom. "

"The host was very helpful and answered our questions and communication in a timely manner. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!"

"Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. Lucky there was a stovetop and we could heat some water in our pot we...

"The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience."
