"Our check in time was 3 pm. After a long 10 hour drive to the Omni Hotel our room wasn't ready at 3pm for check in. I was told there will be a 15 minute wait for cleaning. I waited 15 minutos and then another 15 minutes and had to get up and ask for an update of my room and was told its been ready. If hotels are quick and strict about check out time then check in should be as well. Was not compensated in any way for the wait. "

"After so many flight delays, it was nice to walk in to a clean and aesthetically pleasing property. The water in the rooms was a huge plus. Beds were comfy and the hotel was very clean. "

"The hotel is in a great area with plenty of places to eat or shop nearby. It was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that there was no pool, which was sad for the kids. If you have kids who love a hotel pool, unfortunately, this is not the place to stay. If that is not important to you, I would definitely book here. "

"Great place to stay.. everything was grade A plus except the breakfast.The only thing yourgoing to get hot is a waffle. They do however have the traditional muffins, fruit, and cereal. I dont wat wawaffales or cereal, so muffins and bread were my breakfast. Don't let that discourage you. This is a first ckass joint other than that!"

"It was dirty outside the motel. This could be due to how windy it was on most days. Inside was good. I wouldn't consider the free breakfast a breakfast at all. It was a snack bag with 2 granola bars, tiny muffin and a little orange juice. No variety whatsoever."

"The location is quiet, and its feels safe. The one thing that needs to be updated in my opinion would be the restroom sliding door, does not close fully which feels like you have no privacy. Other than that the freeway is about 1/4 of a mile, and you definitely need a vehicle to get to restaurants and shopping centers. Breakfast was good and personnel all-around was friendly. "

"Bed linens are not clean enough. Bathtubs are chipped. The sinks drains slowly, and the drain stopper is missing. A lot of things are old and not well maintained."

"The property is accurately represented in the photos. Pat was responsive before and during our trip. The dining set up is not great for more than six people at once, between limited tight seating and limited numbers of dishes/silverware. My kids all loved the pool table and really wanted the pool to work out but the water and weather were just too chilly!"

"We were looking for large dining space to sit and have family meal together. This property gave us that. We wished the table was in the kitchen area which would have been a better option."
