This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would...

"The host was very helpful and answered our questions and communication in a timely manner. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!"

After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. "The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience."
