"Gorgeous grounds and beautiful pool and steam room. The rooms were quite warm - even in 48 degree weather. There is no AC so you have to keep windows open-but we didn't get much crosswind from that. Delicious restaurants throughout. The staff was amazing !"

"We wanted a relaxing day/night away and that’s what we got! Our room was ready two hours early, we were allowed to use the spa area as much as we liked, even after check-out, food and service great! Loads of different relaxation areas in the spa, very relaxed, no need to book. Loved that we could go to spa even after we had checked out the following day. Grounds and hotel are lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

The other staff was amazing too. So polite and friendly, even though many patrons were rude and arrogant they smiled though it all. Good job to all staff and people running this place. "
