"Lovely large room with spacious and clean bathroom. Easy to get to with loads of parking and quick walk into Donegal to see the castle or a local pub (The Forge is 100m away and also excellent). Would highly recommend getting the breakfast (12.5 Euro pp) as it was delicious and excellent value. "

"Ostan Loch Altan was an excellent place to rest on a looping, self-organized road trip through the hinterlands of County Donegal. The roadside inn is comfort, with spacious rooms (though the bed was on the soft side, so you felt a little like you were sinking toward the middle). Luckily, the hotel has its own pub, which serves dinner — Friday night was steak special night — and breakfast room, as the other pub across the street wasn’t serving food midweek in early November. "Kee’s Hotel was a charming property conveniently located. We loved the grounds and the designated parking area. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel dining room and after dinner drinks in Harry’s Bar. Harry’s Bar was key since there is not really any nightlife in the town. The negative I would mention is lack of a lift. I saw many elderly struggling with the many stairs."
