"When we arrived they didn’t have my room but they gave me an alternative room with a king bed, free parking, free appetizers, and drinks to compensate for the inconvenience. Marco is amazing. He remembered me from a previous stay. I definitely wasn’t expecting that! I will stay here every time I visit Orlando because I don’t have to wonder if the rooms are clean or if I will have wonderful service. This location is a must stay. There are not many amenities but I don’t care about amenities I care about cleanliness. The hotel is near plenty of restaurants and shopping. "
