Breakfast was not good. Limited. If you wanted decaf coffee then you had to pay for it. We arrived at 7:00, opening time, and they were not ready for the 15 or so people that were waiting to have breakfast. Didn’t open until 7:10. Those ten minutes unfortunately affected our ability to get a parking spot at the OCCC & we had to park a mile away & had to walk that mile to the convention. Walls are very thin. Heard everything above us & in the hallways. Woke us up numerous times.

Property was well lit, new, clean, and staff was available. Lots to eat right next store in plaza, outlet and Tranportation to the parks. Room has laminatw floors, and beautiful glass shower doors. Clean, sanitary. Vending machines on eqch floor, and paid convenient store. Full hot breakfast each day. Loved my stay Not refundable.

Clean property, the room was comfortable. Conveniently located with an Outback restaurant close by and you can get to more shopping and dining with a short walk. Also close to premium outlets.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Conveniently located to WDW parks. Walking distance to the Premium Outlets. There is a Publix & Walgreens right behind the property, and a new complex with Aldi, Marshalls, Target & fast casual dining. Breakfast area gets busy but the biscuits are fluffy. Not alot of variety of options but good enough to get a good start before the parks (starts at 7 am) There is a paid laundry facility on site and mini fridge in room. Microwave only in dining area. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Good..Great value, clean room, good hot breakfast, and free parking. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bad..Stayed 5 nights and they don't clean at all. While this tends to be a trend in value hotels, I would expect after 3 days a wipe down, new towels and clean sheets. I did ask for towels and they promptly changed them. I like a cold room and everyday when I returned to my room the thermostat when from 67 to 74? Pillows were the size of a square couch pillow???? Too small. A 1 1/2 inch gap under the door put a lot of light in. Making blackout curtains useless. But with all that. I would stay there again for the value and free parking!!
