I really enjoyed my stay here. Considering it was an affordable option, it felt luxurious. The bed was superb and I slept very well for my entire stay. The whole property was extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were wonderful. They even had a little coffee and water station in the lobby which was appreciated. It is near a shopping outlet and McDonald’s for a bite to eat. My only issue I had was with the shuttle service to Disney. I used it once and when the driver came in he announced the shuttle was for Universal, Seaworld, and Disney. I clarified with him on my way out that the shuttle was going to Disney to which he nodded his head. There were other people on the shuttle heading up to Universal so I didn’t think much of it until they got out and he asked why I wasn’t getting out and I said I’m going to Disney. He then said they didn’t go to Disney despite me saying that I had clarified with him that I was going to Disney and he had said yes. He said he hadn’t but he had. They did then take me to Disney but I didn’t feel very happy and it put a dampener on my morning and I was quite upset and anxious about it all. I don’t know if it was a language barrier or something else but he definitely announced he was going to Universal, Seaworld, and Disney when he entered the lobby. That was the only issue I had and it wasn’t really the hotels fault. I would highly recommend the hotel. It was fantastic.

We stayed for a quick Disney trip. Clean, quiet and roomy. About 20 minutes to Epcot. We added breakfast and it was delicious for only $12 for two. Super close to Vineland Outlets. Only unexpected expense was the $20 nightly fee. Would stay again.

The hotel was great, and booked it last minute, but when i arrived i was informed that parking would be $19.99 per night, for each night of the stay. I felt like i was taken advantage of and instead of putting out a cheap rate, bump it up to include parking. This was something that caught me off guard and i would think twice now before booking through Holiday Inn

The pool was beautiful, it's a good temperature and the room was quiet, both of those things were great. There are not bath tubs, this is hard for people with small children. The staff serving breakfast and the food/ drink service we're very kind and social. The front desk people were often hard to find. At check out, no one was there to check us out. I ended up just having to leave the key on the desk, I looked for someone for quite a while.
