"The property is in kind of an industrial area near the train tracks. It is in a busy road, and the office has some imposing looking signs on it. I was worried that wouldn’t like staying here. I spent two surprisingly quiet nights. The road was quiet after about 9:00 PM and didn’t hear a train at all once I was asleep. The owners kept the common property and my room VERY clean. "Had a business trip in Indio so I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I felt very safe. We waked a couple doors down to the Bar and Grill and had an excellent meal. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. It is located n the better part of Indio"
