"Staff was amazing. The comfortability of the beds was fabulous. However, the air conditioner did not work, but we did not find this until we got in extremely late and even though there was another room, they could move us to. We had a lot of luggage and bags and it would’ve been a hassle to move. I did ask if we could just sleep in the other room since it was across the hall, but they told us that that was not allowed"
