If rating the night staff 10/10. Will never go back, standing water with mold in dishwasher. Room and hotel smelled awful. Pool and hot tub didn’t work so was closed. Waste of money!

The staff were amazing. They were very sweet and helpful. On our way out, we even saw the front desk guy personally shoveling out a car stuck in the snow. The front desk lady last night was so sweet and helpful. Both of these staff members always had a smile and were so sweet to our rambuctious little girls.

My room had some cockroaches on the floor. The pool and hot tub was closed and looked at the reviews and it seems like it’s been closed for awhile and they have no plans fixing anything. The bath tub was gross and the thing you put the shampoos were ripped off the wall. The metal light was rusted and the hallways smelled like weed. The parking lot definitely wasn’t lit well enough. Felt unsafe.
