"The front staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and accommodating. The only thing I need to point out is it looked like previously, someone had to pry open the door where the security bolt latches from the door frame to the door. Because of this, the door catches, staying ajar when it should close. Recommend taking a look at this. Otherwise, my stay was great. "

"On point, i check this property because other properties around had bad reviews but not this one have a lot of good reviews. This property has everything you kook for, clean a big rooms, nice lobby, restaurant and great staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Is only 6 minutes from the airport and has shuttle, also is only 12 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Im glad that i pick this hotel."

"While the lobby, kitchen area and grounds were clean…the rooms need refreshing…especially the bathrooms. Too many ripples in the wallpaper, old caulk in places that are clearly in view of customers, and specifically in my room the shower curtain rod was hanging low and in need of fixing…and I reported it twice at the front desk. This property owner has to do better. They are in the business of Customer satisfaction."
