"The stilt house is in the perfect location with spectacular views of the gulf and waterway. It is well equipped to made our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was very clean and the elevator was a bonus. It is close to several restaurants. We are very pleased with stay here and would recommend it to others."

No crossing busy 4 lane to get to beach!! Minutes away from great eating and shopping; Candy Kitchen, Natchmans, Shells, OG Crabby Bills, Conch Republic, Johns Pass and many more. "one house away from beach. Clean and functional1 BR with a pull out couch. We came down for beach and Baseball (Spring training Phillies) and this was perfect for us. We cooked breakfast after a run on the beach, shower and head out for the day. Tons of places to eat dinner nearby. With the washer/dryer onsite you barely have to pack. Hope to stay again next year but maybe two bungalows, more family, and more days. Miss it already."

"My family (5 adults / 3 kids) had a great time at this house! It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Was centrally located to food and activities. Communication was fantastic and they even set up a Christmas tree for us! The house is directly on a beautiful private beach and all beach supplies were provided. We had a great vacation! "Great place. Truly right on the beach. The sound of surf and the smell of the ocean are all around. Big kitchen and good-sized living area, bedrooms are small but have room for suitcases. Note that what you gain in location you sacrifice in privacy as there are people outside your front porch all day (blinds on the front windows would go a long way to mitigate this situation). Would have appreciated more towels. Lots of good dining options nearby, and we walked most places. "

"Beach days, pool time, water sports...all you need is more time to enjoy it all! Unit was clean, well appointed, kitchen extremely well stocked and many updates completed with more to come. Minor storm damage visible but did not affect stay. A few important notes: unit does not have its own set of exterior steps BUT is an end unit right next to steps (WIN). There are 2 each bikes, kayaks and SUP boards, 4 chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and more. Pool gets crowded and chairs are limited. Leslie...

"The condo was the perfect place for our stay. Our boys loved being able to access the beach just a few steps away and enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds. The condo itself was exactly what we were looking for, it had enough room to relax as well and sleep, with the bonus of having a closet filled with beach toys and chairs which came in handy. We have already discussed coming back again next year!"
