"Beautiful condo! Tastefully decorated and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. There was a nice size balcony with a beautiful view of the intercostal with the many boats coming and going-even saw some dolphins! I could also see the gulf and the wonderful sunsets! Many restaurants within walking distance and the beach was just a short walk away as well. Only used the car once to run to the grocery store. There is also a waterpark at the hotel that my grandchildren loved when they visited over the weekend, such a nice perk that they supply 4 free passes! It was February so a little chili, but the water was heated and no crowds! Will definitely stay here again!"

"The only real complaint is I could hear my neighbors sneeze, cough, talk and anything else. Im surprised at the lack of sound proof. Also, I know at one time, it was required to have mattress covers. It didnt haveone. Very comfy bed though. Thank you"

"Great place for large groups to stay. Overall size and layout of the property allows for easy large group gatherings. The house is fully stocked with multiple kitchens, living rooms and laundry areas. The house is walkable to the beach across the street as well as several bars and restaurants. "

"There were nine of us staying at the house, 3 kids under age five, four adults and two grandparents. We had all the room we needed. The proximity to the beach and the plunge pool were great for the kids and the adults. We ate most of our meals at the house and found the kitchen to be stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We found things to do just a short drive from the house. End of December weather was lovely. Warm enough to be on the beach everyday and the water was warm enough for the brave.The owners are great. Communications about the logistics were easy and efficient.Everyone was sad to leave and said we should go back."

"Beautiful sunsets from the balcony & living area! The balcony has dining table for 4 and plenty of lounge seating. A wide variety of beach chairs (including some with built-in shades) and ez-up canopies are provided. The lock set-up for the condo, storage closet & pool area are all easy to use. The pool was warm enough for December enjoyment and the hot tub was actually hot! (Not always the case these days at hotels and rentals). The condo has a large assortment of pans, dishes, and utensils - big fridge and dining table for 6. Huge TV in the living area and smaller in the bedroom with 2 beds. Gas grills downstairs worked great and the condo is close to several restaurants. Everything was just as described, owners provide great communications - all-in-all a GREAT stay!"
